The links below will download a free MP3 recording of an Awareness Through Movement¨ lesson taught by Larry Goldfarb, CFT, Ph.D. This MP3 recording is an example of how easy it will be for the trainees in the NYFTT to access recorded training lessons, in lieu of having to purchase cassettes or CDs.
The professionally edited recording is of the "Rolling Fists" lesson, and it was originally presented at the Santa Cruz Feldenkrais Teacher Training. As indicated, each link represents a different size file of the same MP3 recording. We recommend that you have high-speed Internet access, as these files are rather large to attempt to download via a 56K dial-up connection.

News Update: 23 October 2004
To give you the opportunity to explore the NYFTT, we have two MADE FOR MOVING workshops, taught by Larry Goldfarb, CFT, Ph.D., the educational director of the NYFTT, planned as introductions to the training program. They will be held on:
- Sunday, 21 November 2004, 2 - 5 p.m.
- Sunday, 27 February 2005, 2 - 5 p.m.
Tuition is $60 for either workshop. Both workshops will be held at the training site, the IM School of Healing Arts, at 122 West 26th Street, Eighth Floor, in the Chelsea area of Manhattan, between 6th and 7th Avenues. If you want to sign up for either of the workshops, please contact the Mind In Motion office.
Also, anyone who submits a completed NYFTT application by 14 January 2005 receives a FREE registration to ON YOUR FEET, a public workshop on standing and walking that Larry is teaching Sunday, 23 January 2005, at the same location, from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.

Both the web pages and the downloadable PDF versions of the prospectus for the New York Feldenkrais Teacher Training (NYFTT) are revised with the new teaching schedule and tuition schedules.
News Update: 22 September 2004
The start of the New York Feldenkrais Teacher Training (NYFTT) is now re-scheduled to 28 March 2005. The NYFTT will still conclude on the previously scheduled date, 25 July 2008. This was achieved by adding an additional week in front of each of the summer segments in July. The updated teaching schedule is:
