As you probably know, the New York Feldenkrais Teacher Training (NYFTT) began on Monday, 28 March 2005. A wonderfully diverse and keen group of future Feldenkrais teachers joined Larry Goldfarb for the exciting first two-week session of the program. Even though the training has already begun, it is still possible to join the NYFTT:

Participate in the make-up training for the New York Feldenkrais Teacher Training, 5-9 July 2005 in Manhattan. This exclusive make-up will be taught by Larry Goldfarb, the NYFTT educational director. We already have trainees enrolled so the make-up is happening.

Then join the three-week NYFTT summer session, 11-29 July 2005. Please note that this segment starts the week immediately following the make-up. After completing the application and enrollment process, each new trainee receives access to the training website and the recordings available there for their personal download and use.

Before attending the make-up, each trainee listens to the audio recordings from the first week as self-study, keeping a journal. The trainee submits the journal, preferably via e-mail, in regular installments. This facilitates an ongoing discussion (via e-mail and/or on the phone) of his or her experience and questions with the educational director.
