Goldfarb, Ph.D., Certified Feldenkrais Trainer, presents Awareness Through Movement® (ATM) classes that show participants how habitual movements and perceptual blind spots interfere with coordination, strength, and poise. Participants develop self-help strategies as they learn from their own experience and discover new possibilities. Doing these Feldenkrais lessons, students can reclaim their potential for graceful, effective action.
